        RETURNED MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA)
  1. Before returning any IGotGloves.com (IGG) products, Customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from the IGG Customer Service Department at toll free 1-866-787-4719 or fax us at 1-602-334-1369 or e-mail us at info@igotgloves.com.  We prefer e-mail. RMA numbers are valid for seven (7) days from date of issue.  Returned Merchandise must be freight prepaid with the RMA Number clearly legible on the outside of the shipping container and shipping label.  RMA must also include one copy of the original invoice and packing list.  RMA must also be in the original packing and container; otherwise, a replacement or credit may not be issued.
  2. IGG is not responsible for any damage, losses or refusal of Returned Merchandise when requested RMA information is not clearly marked on the outside of the shipping container.  RMA shipments sent UPS Red or Blue, or other express services, will not be paid by IGG unless requested by IGG. A customer will be charged shipping freight for such special handling.
  3. IGG will invoice customers for all charges incurred for products returned to IGG where no fault, product defects, or damage can be determined or where no RMA number is attached to shipping containers. A 15% restocking fee may be invoiced to customer for customer-related errors.
  1. To expedite the RMA procedure, it is recommended that a copy of the original IGG invoice, including a clear explanation of the problem, be faxed to IGG at the time product is shipped from customer to IGG.
  2. Evaluation units must be returned within the trial period, or the full amount of the invoice must be paid within thirty (30) days of the end of the trial.

    1. Product returned for refund, credit or exchange within the first 14 days form the date of invoice must be packed in original, new condition with all accessories.
    2. Returned items after 14 days, replacement or repair only.  NO REFUND.
  3. PRODUCT HANDLING:
      • Any unauthorized adjustment, modification or alteration of a IGG product will VOID this warranty.
      • Any RMA product that has been damaged, due to improper handling, will be returned to the customer with NO CREDIT or REPAIR/REPLACEMENT GIVEN and the remaining warranty period will be void.
